I walked in today and said I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I showed them some examples of what I was looking for and they both went the extra mile to make this a smooth transaction and I am very happy. Other ring shops Ive been to they just dont exactly seem like they want to help me or they are too pushy to get me to spend thousands but they both listened and went about a ring to my preference and price range and talked about everything and I am very happy I stopped into Helzberg today. Debbie Vass These earrings are very precious to me. I lost one of them and it was later found but totally crushed. Flat as a pancake crushed. As you can see from the picture, Lam was able to repair it and make them both look like new. At a very difficult time for me, they made me so happy. He is a talented and honest jeweler. I would trust him with anything I have.

She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish.
