1 /5 Jeannette Young: Terrible quality and service. I ordered a name necklace for my daughter, and they got the design wrong the first time. We had to go back and wait another few days for the correction. When we finally picked it up, my daughter wore it for just a few hours and the rope chain snapped. I went back expecting them to make it right, but instead, they tried to charge me to fix it. The owner flat-out told me that “any of those chains can break at any time” as if that’s acceptable! That tells you everything you need to know about the quality of jewelry he’s selling and how little he cares once he has your money. Extremely disappointed

1 /5 Max: BEWARE!!! Fraudulent business. Sold me a fake silver chain. It definitely looked real when I picked it out. My suspicion is that he switched it for a fake when he went to grab a box for it. A friend a I did a silver test on it.. and sure enough it’s a fraud. Do not spend money here they are scamming people.

5 /5 Amanda Hwang: I went with my dad to go look at some jewelry pieces. I found a gold necklace that looked quite dainty and cute. Its not overly showy and is discreet. I wear it daily, and I dont regret going here for the necklace. I plan on going back when I can afford to buy more gold jewelry items! :-D Customer service was excellent as well. Theres a bit of bias as my dad knows the owner. Nonetheless, one should come here for holiday shopping as their items would make great gifts.
