Susan Farrell I had a ring with a blue topaz in it, and I wanted to take the stone out and replace it with a yellow/orange sapphire I have. Ali did an excellent job in replacing the stone, at a more than reasonable price. The other store prices were very high, and I didnt receive good customer service. The ring was ready in less than 48 hours. He is making me a necklace with the blue topaz stone; I cant wait to see it. He gave me good suggestions and options in the design. He also has very nice jewelry in his shop at good prices. Highly recommended!

Ninoska Castrillo This location has always been helpful and informative. The staff is usually nice, and store clean. We came in today and Sarah and a nice lady in a Grey sweater welcomed me immediately at the same time. I came to just try sizing out and ended up finding the exact ring I was looking for at a great price for my fiancée. He loved it and Sarah made the entire process extremely positive and seamless. All questions were answered and she even noticed when we were nervous about buying and showed patience and willingness to understand. I havent been proud to buy from a jeweler in a long time time. When I came back a different lady that was working that day helped me narrow down to the one ring, sized my finger and made the purchase go smooth. Both women were a joy to work with. Meghann Haldeman Superman’s Fortress of Solitude but with the warmth and welcome of a Care Bear cloud. With bright white walls and a rainbow of shimmering crystals (like pre-historic in size) the showroom is otherworldly. I came for a small gift yet the kind and knowledgeable staff treated me as if I were there to purchase a custom piece meant for a big moment. An intuitive woman guided me to the perfect bracelet-stack, both pretty and full of intention. I felt like I’d already been given a lot of care and attention, but then she went above and beyond and offered to record herself explaining each stone and its properties. She said her name, ‘Ele’, and I realized this kind person was in fact the owner. What? How does she have the time to be so generous when it’s clear she’s also busy designing huge pieces? I think it’s because she genuinely wants to offer a heartfelt experience. Super lovely place and people!

Christy James Carmen is such a sweetheart! I found her shop while looking online for a jewelry store in San Diego. The map will take you exactly to her business door on Fourth Ave. Carmen came right down to let me in and took me to her workshop. Her workshop was such a cute/cozy vibe. Carmen had SO many different options for bracelets, necklaces, rings (really anything you could think of) AND she has multiple metal options! Her charms range from zodiac signs, to crystals, to heart shapes, and even pearls. Carmen was excited to help me mix two different chains to make a one of a kind bracelet for me. She also added a beautiful pearl charm to my anklet for the perfect San Diego souvenir. To top it all off, Carmen ended the visit with a cute little “Thank You” bag that helps you take care of your new jewelry. Thank you so much Carmen for being so sweet and kind!

Jonathan DeBoy This was my first time buying a Rolex. David was very prompt and professional; it took him only a week after I gave a deposit to find my Milgauss. He even took off the case back so we could see the little Easter egg on the faraday cage (B vector is the symbol for magnetic flux density). A very pleasant experience. If you’re a first time buyer and paranoid: yes I used Zelle for deposit. Yes the name came up as Michael. Yes I wired the money before meeting him since she had to buy the watch. He has a store front and multiple businesses in this field, I had no doubt that he would send the money back if there was a problem. He was very open and honest.
