Emm23 Visited for the first time recently. I needed a gasket replaced on a watch and back cover to be placed. I like how the rep came back out to show me that the gasket was placed. Great price as well, as I had gone to two other places and feel as if I was being overcharged. Great fast service :)

Rana Sabeh I came in to buy a silver chain for some agate stones I purchased on Etsy and Heather was the most welcoming, helpful and enjoyable person Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. She suggested the most perfect adjustable silver chain and even had her jeweler remove the jump ring and attach the stones for me. It was ready so quickly and truly everything was perfection. The whole staff is amazing, I look forward to my next visit hopefully soon!!
