Rob Scharf I had been to a number of jewelry stores looking for a nice watch to go on a silver & turquoise band I have had since 1977. The stores did not have anything &/or the personnel were snooty. That is until I walked into Ben Bridge at the Roseville Galleria where Vanessa G offered assistance. She was FANTASTIC. She guided us through the pros and cons of many watches at various price points and considered what watch would fit on my band. Once we selected the watch, Vanessa jumped through hoops to be sure the new watch fit my wrist with the new band then moved the watch to my old, sentimental band. She had to make some adjustments to my band so it fit perfectly and she did it flawlessly. Thank you to Vanessa G and Ben Bridge for making one very happy customer!! I will be back when buying something for my wife.

Both of them have been attentive and have been great with their completion timeline. If any issues or questions arise, they are always open to work with the customers. Luro’s is an affordable place where I’ve bought watches and also a couple of chains. I refuse to go anywhere else. The jewelry/watches are high quality and at reasonable prices.
