Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm by the lovely owner, Sofia, who made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer. I had a simple vintage jewelry repair, and they treated me like a dear friend. The store’s ambiance is inviting, with soft lighting and elegant displays that showcase their stunning collection. Renee Ireland I absolutely love these people. I had taken it twice to the same jeweler to resize and he couldn’t get it right. It kept flipping upside down and broke a prong. I took it these guys they were awesome!!! It fits perfectly and looks beautiful and repaired it beautifully. I am so so very happy. It belonged to my late mother it was her engagement ring and they handled it as if was theirs !!! I highly recommend them!!!

Lena Derkrikorian I was so impressed by Mark and am so grateful for his expertise creating a custom ring. I had a ring that was left to me by my mom, and wanted to use it as a base to create something that incorporated the birthstones of my husband, our kids, and me. Mark had an amazing selection of stones to choose from, assessed how he could incorporate some of the diamonds my mom had, sat with us discussing the design, and created something amazing. He also helped resize the ring about a year later to ensure it was still perfect (free of charge!). I highly recommend Mark for all your custom jewelry needs!
