Consuelo Chelo The place is super clean, the employees are amazing especially the manager Dave and the pretty women with the long hair name V. They are always there quick to help with any and all questions. I stop pawing my jewelry but good lawrd i get stuck buying a new purchase or another layaway which gets me coming in for all the time!!! Then the store sends me a 40% coupon with my paid pawns or layaways which in return gets me curious on what new stuff they have...There goes another purchase. I got to stop coming in. Love the store

I had a great time designing my ring with him, and even got to select which sapphires I wanted. He sent me snapshots of his 3D model to review the placement of stones and design before creating the ring for me to try on. In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.
