5 /5 Selina Graf: Enjoying our vacation, I went in to buy a saftey chain with my family yesterday. Destiny had exceptional customer service. She handled my needs with the utmost care and expertise. She educated me about different selections, which helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. She went above and beyond and even cleaned my bracelet. She made my kids feel very welcomed. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. I left the shop with a huge smile. Thank you Destiny for making our experience their a special one. This is the best customer service I experienced at a Pandora. I wish it was like that in every store.

5 /5 Tiger: Went in to get a safety chain and managed to snag the last Mickey Mouse one!!! I’m so in love! I’m so happy I’m over the moon! Edith was so friendly and sweet to me from the moment I called to make sure they were still seeing customers to the moment I walked out the store with my purchase. I’ve been to THREE stores at this point and by far this has been the best experience! A gentleman in a gorgeous bedazzled mask was an absolute delight to interact with too! Maybe it’s my overwhelming joy at having another charm to add to an already cherished bracelet but I would definitely drive all the way from Mission Hills to this location again! I only wish I could have bought more!

I was hesitant on shopping in store simply because of all the options to start a charm bracelet but the sales associate was beyond incredible and helped me build the perfect bracelet. I felt very comfortable and she was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I will be coming back here for my future charm purchases (and I also realized they have really beautiful rings and necklaces).

3 /5 Ali _Haidhar: I’m seeing a lot of reviews poor customer service but not sure why. When I was down in California they helped me pick a few gifts to take back, and explained to me that I could get a tax adjustment when I get home at one of the local Pandora stores since the tax rate was higher there. They had a nice selection of charms, necklaces, and bracelets. I ended up purchasing some rose gold rings for my mom and some aunts. It’s nice that the place is connected to a mall that stretches out.
