Their prices were the most affordable in the area and I found the (Mr. Jony) to be very competent and compassionate. He instantly made me feel at ease about shopping and find best gift for my niece.

The online Customer Service team was backed up so I called the Hayes Valley store hoping they could help. While it felt like a long shot, they were super apologetic and quickly able to help me resolve the issue!

He has gone the extra mile for me several times now and I just went and got all my stuff back and again nothing damaged or even dusty, They took good care of my property like it was their own, and Dan just like always helped me with a smile and said, "Come back anytime you need us." and it felt like family when he said it, Thanks Dan Well, here I go again, I had to go see my friends at my friendly neighborhood Pawn Brokerage to See Dan again as we all know its almost Christmas and times are not only tight but tough as well, Im happy to know that I can count on my friends at Rockys to help me and not overcharge me on the service charge, like other places have in the past and I would feel a miss if I didnt tell anybody and everybody in town if you need help and you have some quality merchandise that you dont want to sell but you really need a few bucks to get you by till payday, or maybe you havent bought that special someone in your life something special this holiday season and Rockys has an amazing line of Jewelry and all other types of merchandise and tools at a reasonable price. So if youre running out of money and time, do what I did and go see your friends at Rockys Pawn Brokerage in beautiful downtown Palm Springs. Amy I truly can’t say enough nice things about this place. I had some new lobe piercings done and it was easy and painless with great jewelry options. The real greatness came when I went in to ask if I should change out the jewelry in my daith I had done at another shop in town that was refusing to heal. They got me fitted with a gorgeous new ring and wouldn’t you know, two weeks later it already looks and feels better than it had for the last eight months! Everyone here is so nice, the jewelry is gorgeous, and they know their stuff. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

He took the time to help me find the perfect diamond with exactly what I was looking for. GIA certified diamond, hand selected and brought in from outside the country. He customized and build her ring and my band with the exact specs that I want. Hamid was very patient and took the time to get every detail perfectly and worked quickly to get it done.
