Amanda is the one who helped us with our purchase and she was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and kind. She did not give up on finding an answer or price on any item we were even just a little bit curious about! Highly recommend and look forward to being returning patrons.

Heather Rosmarin I highly recommend Mansoor Fine Jewelers in Palo Alto. They have a beautiful and unique selection at many price points, and they also provide excellent service for repairs. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring. A bit of history: My mother discovered this store when it was called "Mansoor and Gore" and we were living in Palo Alto in the 1980s. Even after we moved away, we still drive over an hour to visit when we need something jewelry-related. Now my daughter is also a loyal customer. We like to combine a visit to Mansoor with lunch at one of the restaurants and cafes on Ramona St.

Cyndi Leriche I found this gem of a shop online back in Feburary, I have truly enjoyed watching and learning from all of their social media platform posts and I have made purchases several times. I have to say that I have been beyond thrilled and pleased with the quality of merchandise I have received and the knowledge the owners have on answering all your crystal and/or metaphysical questions to help you make informed choices. The intiuitive crystal pulls i have purchased were so spot on to what i was needing right then, I felt like Mo could see into my soul and know what healing I needed and provided it in abdundace! I cannot say enough about this shop and the wonderful people who run it. It is so refreshing to do business with people who obviously absolutely love and believe in what they do and sharing that love and knowledge with their customers! Joe Atterbury Purchased a set of rings from Larson around 2 years ago. Had to get one resized recently. The process went extremely well. No surprises charges or hidden fees. They exchanged the ring with the new sized one as promised. Returned to me quickly and packaged well. Would definitely recommend.

Nancy Selikoff Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense.
