Veronica Ramirez Best jewelry repair I’ve come across. I called other places and they estimated weeks for simple jewelry repair this location had my jewelry repaired and cleaned with in an HOUR! The owner is so friendly too and all at a low cost. 10/10 will definitely use again!

Sara Brett I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service its very low key and they dont give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. Ive been assisted by Alan both times I went in and hes really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure its real Im pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I havent got to know the other staff yet but next time Ill see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. Ive been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.

Heather Rossi I had the best experience at Lang! Natalia very quickly zeroed in on my preferences, then patiently helped me try on virtually every ring in the store that fit my style. She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us. I would go back to Lang and to Natalia a million times--and in fact, three other jewelers I visited when shopping for my ring told me that Lang is the best outside of New York.

Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. Yes I am Very pleased with the work here I will be back for sure If I need a ring sized or something else this place is Stellar, Beautiful Work, With Such A Warm Atmosphere. GKG family Just had another great experience with Goleta Jewelers. In this day and age of national chains, and online shopping, its incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner-operated service-oriented shop. Tom totally knows his stuff, is customer-focused, and is so enjoyable to interact with. What always impresses me, as well, is that whenever I go in, its never a "big" sale, but its small repairs (that Im sure arent money-makers for the store), but I am always treated with respect, courtesy, and as though I am important. THAT is the mark of a great businessman, and a true professional.
