I’m considering resetting my engagement ring and replacing my band after 11 years married and we popped in and started chatting with Amanda about possibilities. She sat with us for a good bit of time to talk through options, ballpark ranges, and brought out samples for me to try on. While we’re still in the thinking stage, we genuinely appreciated her time, kindness, service, extensive knowledge and expertise, and most importantly, her patience. Wonderful experience! Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly! Cheri was welcoming, sweet and funny. She explained the repair process clearly. She assured me that Lance, the owner and sole repair specialist, would take good care of my ring. And he did! Lance worked his magic to make my ring look like new again. I noticed some reviews mentioned same-day service, but my ring took 2-3 weeks. Maybe I visited during a busy time or my ring needed extra TLC, but the wait was well worth it. 10/10
