I brought my now wife to the store so she could have a good look at what she may be interested in. She had already done the bulk of her research but hadn’t found anything she had liked from previous stores. John and Dave walked us through their collection and my wife found her dream ring. They were very helpful in guiding myself and my wife to find the perfect engagement ring. We were even able to find the wedding band she loved and I found a fantastic wedding band for myself. Carol King Yoga ER Sawyer is the best place in Santa Rosa for whatever you need or want. Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.

He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece.
