Karl ONeal This place and the shop owners are amazing! Not only are they friendly and helpful but they do amazing work! He custom made a setting for a diamond that I had that is absolutely exquisite and am complimented on whenever I wear it, he also fixed a watch that I was told by other jewelers could not be done! I will continue to bring my jewelry here for repairs and I will buy from them time and time again!

Pauline Cao We loved our experience at Brilliant Earth. Sophia was extremely helpful and patient since I was so indecisive. We came back twice for me and twice for my husband since his ring wasn’t in the showroom the first time around. Wished we knew you could request styles before your appointment! Would have save us a trip. Sophia did make sure that all the rings I requested were there at my 2nd appointment. Highly recommend!

Andrew Garner I was greeted by a nice young lady and I told her my watch band needed resizing. She passed it on to the technical dept and he had it done in two minutes tops. Fit was good and very pleased with everything. I had tried to adjust it myself and I bent the cheap tool that came with the watch. I recommend this shop.

Noor Dythavon Fantastic customer service! Both man and woman working were polite, professional and extremely helpful. Their integrity is incredible. I always check the price of gold before I buy 24k Thai Bhat, they were honest and even helped me pick out a gift for my son. They provide the proper paper work for insurance purposes and if I could give them 10 stars I would. They cater to a multi-cultural clientele and totally understand what I was looking for. Incidentally, their English is flawless. I will most definitely be back! If you are looking to buy gold. Check this business out! You won’t be disappointed.
