5 /5 Chris Rosano: What a great team! The amount of good reviews made sense as soon as I walked in the door. I visited to get new batteries in 10 watches. Not only did they get it done quickly while I waited, they gave me great advice on issues I had with a few of the pieces. I can see why my father trusted this place, and I’ll be back!

1 /5 Lesley Hunter: They offered to clean an heirloom ring I was wearing while waiting for service on another item. They ruined the ring. Looked much shinier but I noticed it was too loose and it felt different just holding it. Took me awhile to realize the 18K gold band had been ground down! It is much, much thinner & the karat stamp inside is no longer legible. Its now too loose and uncomfortable to wear. It had a hefty band with rounded edges that are no longer rounded but sharp, and the band is thin, with no more heft - lessening the value of the ring. Breaks my heart , the ring is an heirloom to be passed down to my daughter next. Do they gather up the shaved bits of gold to melt and reuse? Hmm. BEWARE.

5 /5 jimmymio: For years I have been using Gold Rush Jewelers in Petaluma for battery replacement for watches. Today I went in with a tricky earring repair. Stephanie was so helpful and they were able to finish the repair quickly so that my daughter could have it when she flies back to college tomorrow. Everyone there was extremely nice.

5 /5 Julie Wilder: This is THE jewelry store to go to for anything jewelry connected. Not only are the people incredibly nice and knowledgeable, they are patient and very, very kind. I brought in some old jewelry to get an assessment of what I had. Some of it was my Grandmothers jewelry. I was so surprised to learn that these pieces had diamonds (the jewelry was so dirty), and that there was quite a bit of value in each piece. Aside from spending time with me and explaining each stone, they cleaned my wedding ring and replaced a pearl in another ring. I am going to be taking a lot of my jewelry to them next month because I trust them and know I will get straight, honest answers to my questions. They have gorgeous displays of rings, watches, necklaces, earrings, and everything is of high quality. Terri is the owner and she is...well, shes a gem! Elise was so helpful to me as well. Every person there is just wonderful. I cant say enough good things about Gold Rush. Thank you for the excellent service and beautiful work!
