Jacob Potter My parents inherited various jewelry, coins, stamps, letters/mail, china - random things that we didn’t have any knowledge about. I reached out to the Clipper Cargo team and Morgan got us scheduled for a material evaluation. Ted and Morgan are very welcoming and passionate about providing great service, building genuine connections with clients, and incredibly knowledgeable. Between Ted and Morgan, they were able to explain every single item I brought with me. It was impressive! Morgan specialized in the coins and jewelry testing and Ted was quick to help with reviewing and teaching me the history of the vintage stamps, letters, unique china, and other random trinkets I brought in. Thank you to the Clipper Cargo team for a history lesson and your passion in providing unique and customer-focused service! I feel valued, informed, and that I was paid beyond fairly for the materials I chose to sell. I look forward to my next visit!

Lady Gagalka Tamara did an excellent job fixing a unique necklace of mine of which a piece had broken off. She recreated the missing piece and laser welded it back together. Me and my partner purchased some beautiful claddagh rings and she is refitted them to our size fingers. Tamara knows so much and can custom make jewelry for you down to the finest detail. The store has so many cool things to see. Definitely worth checking out!

S Garcia My experience buying my fiancees wedding band at Helzberg was top-notch. The staff, especially Rolando, were very helpful and accommodating. My fiancee and I had an easy time viewing the wedding bands, and Rolando provided excellent service. We returned to upgrade my fiancees engagement band with a 3ct princess-cut diamond, and Rolando helped us again with great service. I highly recommend asking for Rolando at Helzberg for a seamless and professional experience.

GKG family Just had another great experience with Goleta Jewelers. In this day and age of national chains, and online shopping, its incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner-operated service-oriented shop. Tom totally knows his stuff, is customer-focused, and is so enjoyable to interact with. What always impresses me, as well, is that whenever I go in, its never a "big" sale, but its small repairs (that Im sure arent money-makers for the store), but I am always treated with respect, courtesy, and as though I am important. THAT is the mark of a great businessman, and a true professional.

Heather Rossi I had the best experience at Lang! Natalia very quickly zeroed in on my preferences, then patiently helped me try on virtually every ring in the store that fit my style. She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us. I would go back to Lang and to Natalia a million times--and in fact, three other jewelers I visited when shopping for my ring told me that Lang is the best outside of New York.
