My engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands, are all from Mark Allen and we truly couldn’t be happier! We would recommend this store 11/10 times! Joe G This place is awesome near the Food Court. Its a kiosk in the center aisle. I had a Fossil watch with a missing pin and cracked glass. I bought it Macys several years ago and it is my favorite. I had Macys send it to their repair center and they wanted $210 to fix it. Thats more than what I paid! I had them send it back to me. I found"Keeping Time" Repair and ask the owner at the counter if he would check out my watch get me a new pin and a new glass face cover. He said come back in 20 minutes itll be $35.00 !! I was truly amazed. I returned in 20 minutes and my watch was done and beautiful ! He even made sure to have the correct date on my watch. The next time I need to watch Im going back to "Keeping Time" for sure. Best $35.00 I ever spent.

Toma Tom My husband had me design my own diamond ring as a Christmas gift this year, so we contacted Roman and shared my design with him. He provided us with an estimate and sent the prototype a few days later. The process took a few weeks, during which we received several updates from the shop on the progress. The results were amazing. I absolutely love my diamond cigar ring! I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a jeweler with a personal approach to customer service. Its a great place and I can hardly wait till I order more jewelry from them.

I picked up the necklace and it was fixed beautifully and in a way that will not allow it to break again the same way. Extremely pleased with them. I only wish I had more money to spend as they have an amazing inventory of both unique and beautiful jewelry and Great customer service with affordable prices and options for payment!

Jimmy Diaz I brought my wifes engagement ring here because the biggest diamond of them all fell off. They did not only fix it, but they also reinforced all the other diamonds and polished it, making the white gold shine like never before. They also did it three days earlier than expected.

I was a bit unsure about selling some stuff and Mike was super helpful with walking me through everything and the pricing of the items I brought. He even offered to clean the rings I was wearing for free! Definitely coming back here to sell or even buy (they had super gorgeous jewelry)
