Within a day, I was on the phone with her, and without much back-and-forth, she had already envisioned my dream better than I could have. She sent me pictures of wedding bands that perfectly complemented my engagement ring—she was spot on! We made a decision quickly, and when I asked if there was any way to expedite my custom ring, she immediately agreed to have it ready in four weeks. But, in true Bonnie fashion, she had it ready in just 2.5 weeks, sending me pictures and videos of the finished piece. When I saw the ring, I was absolutely blown away. I couldn’t have imagined it any better. Bonnie, despite being on a different coast and never having seen my engagement ring in person, had created a wedding band that fit perfectly. I truly connected with her passion for diamonds and craftsmanship that I couldnt find myself wanting a ring from any other jeweler. I first connected with Eddie who took the time to understand my dream diamond, ring style, and budget. He curated lovely center stones. My then boyfriend (now fiancé) went to her showroom together where we met Lucie who was ever so gracious in helping me finalize metal, design, and center stone. Bonnie is right when she says in her videos that you have to see the diamonds in person and see which one speaks to you. The personalization process felt easy and fun. From what he told me, the turn around time was exactly as estimated. He just kept me waiting a bit longer, before our trip to Ireland when he proposed!
