After receiving my rings and wearing them for a few days, I decided to call the store back to see if there was anything they could do in working with me to get the sizing a bit better. Unfortunately, the lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my situation and question, and was not open at all to anything aside from me dropping off my rings and paying for a full new set of services. I had an okay experience going in to the store, but sadly did not enjoy the experience thereafter in continuing to use them as my jeweler.
