The prices are a bit high for imitation jewelry, but since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for when I needed it, I didn’t mind too much. They have a great selection of jewelry, offering a wide variety of styles to choose from. One of the nice perks is that they offer free ear piercing, which is a great option for anyone looking to get their ears pierced without extra cost. Overall, I was happy with my experience and glad I was able to find what I needed!

Rand Stephens My wife and I bought our wedding rings here. We were referred by my longtime friend, Tony, who spent much of his life in the jewelry business. Roberto was a premier jewelry wholesaler who sold to the local jewelry stores. Sadly, Roberto is no longer with us, but his wife Pat still runs the store with some beautiful Italian jewelry that my wife chose and the modern titanium band I was looking for. Pat is the sweetest jewelry store owner you will ever know. She gives you all the time you need and doesnt push anything on you. She has great knowledge on cleaning and care of your jewelry and was very accommodating in getting the ring sized and has lots of tools she can use for hard to fit fingers and to keep the ring straight on your fingers.

Anjali Daniels My husband and I both got our Wedding Bands from Darbini and couldnt be happier. Oscar was a gem to work with--pun intended. I had a great time designing my ring with him, and even got to select which sapphires I wanted. He sent me snapshots of his 3D model to review the placement of stones and design before creating the ring for me to try on. Charlotte Gaines I absolutely loved the sea glass creations! The lady was so gracious and worked with me to create my choice into a beautiful necklace! I loved that each piece has a story which she shared. My choices came from Spain. I loved knowing the origin of where it was found! Walking with a walker into a shop filled with fragile items can be daunting but she was very kind and helpful and did not make me feel out of place. I will definitely be back!

My fiancé proposed in LA with the most stunning ring he’d brought from Dubai—only to discover it was two sizes too small. With family arriving the next day, I was desperate to have it resized in time to wear when sharing our special news. After a sleepless night of research, I found glowing reviews for Sam’s Jewelers and decided to take a chance. We showed up first thing in the morning, and from the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They carefully assessed the ring, took into account that I live in Dubai (where my hands swell due to the heat), and promised to have it resized in just a few hours. True to their word, they did an impeccable job—the adjustment was seamless and completely unnoticeable. What made the experience even more special was that some of the team spoke Arabic, which felt like a lovely connection given our life in the Middle East and the ring’s origin in Dubai. Sam’s Jewelers saved the day, and I’m so grateful. Any future bride would be in wonderful hands here!

Barbara Glenn I still love JCPennys although there are a few things that they could do better. Their opening hours are 11AM while Kohks is 9AM. My elderly mother needed to rest, and they have no places for a person to sit, even near the fitting rooms. They only had one checkstand open while there were several people waiting to pay for their merch, even though you could see more than a few staff milling around. I wish their household dept was a little bigger, but the clothing selections are great. I like being able to try things on and feel the fabrics. All and all I will continue to shop Pennys,

Andrew Garner I was greeted by a nice young lady and I told her my watch band needed resizing. She passed it on to the technical dept and he had it done in two minutes tops. Fit was good and very pleased with everything. I had tried to adjust it myself and I bent the cheap tool that came with the watch. I recommend this shop.
