From the moment Heather, the representative was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to assist. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, helpful solutions that exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to come across such attentive and professional customer service, and I’ll certainly be returning because of it! Especially that diamond room she took us into, words can’t describe how much more I’ve fallen in love with a ring we had our eyes on! Highly recommend.

5 /5 Vickkcie Soares: I had a great experience having my special diamond set in the ring I purchased from Helzburg. Damien was wonderful so was the manager, Lena and the jeweler Alan. This diamond was priceless as it was made from the ashes of my father. They took great care to make sure everything was perfect. Cannot thank them enough. I will treasure this forever!

1 /5 jennifer: staff was not welcoming. we were in there looking at rings, necklaces, and bracelets and we’re not acknowledged at all by any employee. my boyfriend wanted to try on a bracelet so we went over to stand at the display case it was at. we stood there for like 10 minutes and not once did the employees even look at us. one of the employees was helping people right next to us and still acted like we didn’t exist. there was 2 employees that were helping one person and one of them was barely even doing anything. i am sure they didn’t to help is because we are a young couple. i hope it wasn’t a classist stereotype. they did help another young couple though, so not sure if they assumed we couldn’t afford anything because of the way we were dressed or because the other girl had a coach purse and i didn’t. we were ready to buy a tennis bracelet, but now we have taken our business elsewhere. will not be coming back!

2 /5 Natasha Wolpe: My husband got a diamond ring for me here and less than a year later a small diamond fell out so I took it in to get repaired all good there. I called today to see if it was ready and got such attitude from the associate. I said it’s been over 2 weeks and she responds by saying well it’s usually 3 weeks out. She looks up the account and I said is it ready and she says I’m trying to tell you it’s ready in a tone. Like what? She borderline hung up on me. Would never come back to get my jewelry repaired here based on serveral customer service experiences that were just unfriendly, snobby, and abrupt. I’m a paying customer my husband bought a diamond ring from you and they still struggle to be decent. Hate posting bad reviews but you’re only treated well here if they think they have a sale any loyalty after that is lost on them.
