I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Fermin Grande I’ve known Jose and Diego for about 6 years now. Over the years, I’ve asked them to make special custom jewelry for me. Both of them have been attentive and have been great with their completion timeline. If any issues or questions arise, they are always open to work with the customers. Luro’s is an affordable place where I’ve bought watches and also a couple of chains. I refuse to go anywhere else. The jewelry/watches are high quality and at reasonable prices. If you need custom jewelry or just jewelry in general, this is definitely the place to go in Davis. Jose’s and Diego’s personality and attitude towards customers is definitely commendable and it always makes me feel welcomed.

Its an immediate feel, rush, and excitement of stepping into an exquisite gallery of all things jewels! I love all his incredible designer pieces, and being able to see and find things that I cant find anywhere else. He has such a keen eye for the fabulous, and Carlos understands what a womans heart desires. He is very intuitive on picking out pieces that just "fit" exactly what Im looking for. And he makes the whole experience so exciting, so invigorating, and every time I shop here, it feels like a holiday! This is by far the finest, most incredible shop in Palm Springs.
