morgan bray I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment. Kay Ip Karina was covering the Glendale location and she helped me with my 4 piercings. Originally Sherman Oaks is where she works I’m really pleased with her placement. She sanitized everything and was so patient and sweet.

Ruth Ann Barrett Must visit this shop in Santa Cruz. Sarah is top notch jewelry designer as well as a collector of objets dart which are not necessarily very pricey but you value for their beauty and craftsmanship. In addition to earrings I bought some wonderful Japanese incense, a small Asian inspired round wooden box with cover for my smaller earrings I wear frequently, and a long necklace to dress up some plain T’s I wear in the summer. I spent a good bit of time in the shop and enjoyed the conversation with Sarah as she re-strung one of her necklaces I inadvertently broke and which was a gift from a friend. Here are some pics of my “finds.” It took an hour to drive from the East Bay to enjoy the day at the beach to include, of course, a visit at the Salt Jewelry studio and then lunch!
