When I reached out to inform them, I was absolutely blown away by their level of care and professionalism. Not only did they immediately offer to send me a replacement ring (even though I’m in a completely different state), but they also printed out a return shipping label for me so I could send the broken one back at no cost! I was so impressed by how easy and quick the entire process was, and their kindness truly made me feel valued as a customer. The new ring arrived quickly and is even more beautiful than I remembered. It’s clear that this company cares deeply about its customers and takes great pride in both their products and their service. I met the owners who were super friendly and clearly care about the customer experience.
