Miyo did an amazing job noting all the custom features I wanted on the ring, provided excellent service, and gave us updates throughout the process. This smoothly transitioned to the custom CAD the design team made. My fiancée was stunned with how beautiful the ring came out. 10/10 would recommend and will continue coming to Jewelry Couture for my future custom jewelry needs!

Medina pulled some options for me so I could see them for when I stopped by and I was able to find the perfect gift for my wife on our first anniversary. Ask for Medina, she was very helpful. Everyone else on staff there was also kind and welcoming.

1 /5 Hannah Cogswell: The sales woman at Jewelry Couture made more than a few snide remarks about my budget. I have been to multiple jewelry stores today and know that my budget is fairly reasonable. I will not be returning here. Edit for clarity: My budget was well within the bounds of their collection. Having been in here a few times, I realize this is just their style. This tactic is known as the "negging" or "status challenge" sales technique, where sales associates treat customers with subtle disdain or dismissiveness to trigger a desire to prove their worth. By making the shopper feel undervalued, the associate leverages insecurity to prompt higher spending as a way to gain approval or status. I’m sure it works on some people… but for others it’s obvious and distasteful. I went down the street and found the perfect band at another store for a little under a grand- simple and pleasant.
