Z. Bluegrass Exactly what a fine jewelry store should be. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was genuinely friendly. We went in to look at having my Fiancés engagement ring sized, they offered a great price and were even able to expedite it since we were on vacation (it came out perfect). Looking around this quaint gem of a store also led me find a stunning 18k gold and silver wedding band for myself that was made in house with amazing, subtle, masculine style and stunning craftsmanship (a factor which is just not that common anymore). On top of that, the price was impossible to beat even when comparing online to rings of lesser quality and purity. Thank you for the heirloom. ZB

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

Craig Harris I went to Kevin Jewelers, in search of a diamond necklace for my wifes birthday. I had the kids in tow and we were kindly greeted and helped by Sandy Jeng, who made the necklace finding and buying process very smooth and easy. She even gave the kids lollipops, which they appreciated. My wife loves the necklace and I loved the experience I had at Kevin Jewelers. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future special occasions when I need a beautiful gift for my wife.

Lucas Mayer Eli is incredible. When I came to him looking for help with an engagement ring, I could not have been less knowledgeable. Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. Eli was a wonderful, fun guide--helping us through this part of our engagement and wedding planning. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Eli.
