Each one cares about repairing and/or creating the exact piece of jewelry you want. I showed Andrew pictures of the ring that I was hoping for and he made it for me…a true artist! Everything in the store is beautiful and beautifully displayed. I recommend them to everyone I know.

He’s my go to for anything jewelry related. He was recommended to me by my one of my family members that has worked with him in the past. His engagement rings are on 4 ladies in my family. Each ring is unique and custom made. My wife gets compliments on her rings DAILY, Ronnie and I came up with a custom design for my wife’s engagement ring. He put together an amazing rendering and got to work on it. He even crafted 2 different ring designs and let me choose which one I liked more. The whole team works very well and very quickly. I came back to him for the wedding bands and same thing, he sent us gifts, the presentation of the rings was incredible when we received it. I received the packages exactly when he promised every time. Prices are extremely fair too for the quality of natural diamonds they use. Truly a great experience anytime I buy from Redlands. 5 /5 Deborah JB: I went in to sell my gold jewelry and I was given a very good price. Dont hesitate to sell your jewelry here. They test it in front of you and explain everything. They even were patient with me while I deliberated on some nostalgic pieces. I asked if they could remove a stone so I could keep it and Ronnie made it happen. It was was even glued in! I didnt mind letting go of the band, but losing the stone was sadder for me. They explained its not always possible to do that, but Im glad it worked out this time. It was a pleasure selling to them. The respect and kindness was appreciated. I was a pleasure meeting them both and I will definitely come back here to purchase jewelry from this family-owned business.
