5 /5 Laila: From the moment I called and spoke to Roque Medina at Ben Bridge Jewelers at Victoria Gardens/Rancho Cucamonga, I knew it would be worthwhile and worth it. Roque knew all of the right and cut to the chase questions about the engagement ring we were looking for. I mentioned to him that we are driving from afar just to meet and consult with him with figuring out what diamond is best for the ring setting that I already picked out at Ben Bridge. He instantly started texting me and stated he was able to research 3-6 diamonds that I may like, based on the specific parameters I had asked for. As it worked out to meet him the next day, we were instantly impressed with him. He mentioned that he went to Temecula location just to pick up my yellow gold ring setting since they did not have one in their location. From there, he guided us through the process, and presented to us the 3 best diamonds that he found based on what I told I had wanted from the start. It was amazing how he was able to help us and narrow it down to 2. Before we knew it, we had found and decided on “the one.” It felt like a quick and easygoing process, but it definitely took a lot of hard work and time of Roque. We really appreciate his hard work, effort, knowledge, good sense of humor, and most of all, his high level of service. Definitely a joy and gift to work with him! He even showed us the diamond under the microscope and even led us outside with it to show its sparkle and amazing color! We can’t wait to see it together with the ring setting soon.
