Ana Flores It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. We were in and in out the mall within 20 minutes! Will be coming back again! Thank you Ariana!

Joe Flack We have had great experiences at this Kays location over the past several years—and recently, thanks to Ashley and Adam. For example, Ashley went above and beyond the norms for customer service. She worked hard to do all she could (w/in the companys limits) to ensure our work order—for my wifes engagement ring and wedding band combo—was completed on time. She kept us updated throughout because we were facing a travel deadline. Its rare to see this level of effort and diligence, at least for me, and its appreciated.

Tuan’s expertise and craftsmanship is like none other. Although we reside on the east coast, he is our only go to jeweler. Thank you for the stunning diamonds, designs, details and memories.

Tracy Lee I was looking for a Rolex Tiffany Blue oyster perpetual because I waited two years at boutique and still no update. This store surprisingly helped me find a brand-new one at a very fair price. They were really patient in providing me different options and communicate very timely in this process. When we asked if it’s possible yo het it brand new, they were able to find and order for me quickly. It is exactly the 31mm I want! Highly recommend if youre into watches — no need to wait, good service, and no hassle. Will definitely come back for my next watch.

Joan Poulsen Exceptional service from Vito. We flew from Indiana to California to select and purchase dream rings in 2008 when we got engaged. They were gorgeous, top quality and stood 17 years of use without a single issue. I got so many compliments over the years. No loose stones or damage ( Im tough on rings). I lost my ring this year on vacation and my husband reached out to Vito to surprise me with a replacement since I was so happy with my ring. Vito still had our exact order and size making it no hassle. He gave us a great deal on pricing and special shipping to our small city. The replacement is perfect.

Janet Steigerwald Dolly is a kick to work with. Shes super bubbly and knows her stuff. If you take her basic jewelry class youll come home with a swirl bracelet. The items she teaches are jewelry youd want to wear, at price not much more than just buying it outright. And youll have the skills to make many more items. Classes are up to 6 people but usually only one or two. Tools are provided so no costly outlay up front.

Rand Stephens My wife and I bought our wedding rings here. We were referred by my longtime friend, Tony, who spent much of his life in the jewelry business. Roberto was a premier jewelry wholesaler who sold to the local jewelry stores. Sadly, Roberto is no longer with us, but his wife Pat still runs the store with some beautiful Italian jewelry that my wife chose and the modern titanium band I was looking for. Pat is the sweetest jewelry store owner you will ever know. She gives you all the time you need and doesnt push anything on you. She has great knowledge on cleaning and care of your jewelry and was very accommodating in getting the ring sized and has lots of tools she can use for hard to fit fingers and to keep the ring straight on your fingers.
