Also, Miss Eli was kind enough to assist in anything further needed. The manager Mrs. Rose is so wonderful and warm hearted. I’ve been several times before and I will likely come again. Great staff and the best customer service.

Grey Edwards I found out about Affinity and Co through a referral from a friend who referred me to John and David to help me find an engagement ring. I brought my now wife to the store so she could have a good look at what she may be interested in. She had already done the bulk of her research but hadn’t found anything she had liked from previous stores. John and Dave walked us through their collection and my wife found her dream ring. They were very helpful in guiding myself and my wife to find the perfect engagement ring. We were even able to find the wedding band she loved and I found a fantastic wedding band for myself. Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! The shop has some amazing pieces in the cases and Mike really knows his stuff—both the jewelry and the market. Left feeling informed and taken care of. Emily Hodges I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE THEM SO SO MUCH!
