Andres Lopez Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing. Leah B As a long time local, I’ve been shopping at the store for years. It’s an amazing family owned business with the most wonderful service and the quirkiest, awesome selection of merchandise. My young adult/teenage kids and their friends have stopped in there and shopped many many times, the owners are always wonderful and engaging with them. Having been part of a family owned business, I know how hard it can be to run a business in this corporate world. In a society where we can make or break somebody with a good or bad review. I think people should have better communication in our community before going after a business owner. Support our local businesses, and understand that situations are not always as clearcut as you may think. I will be recommending, as I always have that anybody should shop here for the most unique gifts, fun items for your home and awesome clothes!! But of course always be kind, and teach our children the same ✌️

Gary told me he was up for a challenge but these adjustments seemed like a walk in the park for him. Definitely Recommend!!! Definitely sending all my favorite one of a kind pieces to him to fix!! You cant even tell they were ever touched or adjusted.

I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones.
