1 /5 Tim Gardner: Update.... even the owner could apologize for the situation as displayed below once again this company has zero integrity. They never offered to refund us our money. (We paid in cash) They just wanted us to keep coming back day after day until we couldnt return it anymore. Im sure it was tactic for us to not be able to return the item. Who doesnt have $150 in their drawer , they couldve gotten the money and asked us to come back the next day, but they did not. It was an anniversary gift for me, and I literally had to go down there and demand the manager put the money on my card which he said he couldnt do but then suddenly once I showed up at the store, he got the approval to do it. The only reason this was resolved is because I had to go down there and demand that it be resolved and it was our third trip down there by the way, not even an apology from anyone at the store or on here...what a joke .
I would give them a zero if I could. Absolutely horrendous business practices bought a gift and when I took it back within their 10 day return policy actually three days later they told me they did not have enough cash to give me my money back and I had to come back Friday. Even though the amount was under $200, they did not have enough money to give me my money back. Then I came back Friday and once again they said they did not have any money. Its a sales tactic to try to get me to go past my return time policy.. this company is the absolute worst, especially Ray. Alex is terrible too. They did not apologize once eventually we had to go down and demand that the manager James gave us a refund back on our debit card since they never have any cash. I would run far away from this company no reputable business would ever do business in this way!!
