She helped my husband pick out the perfect engagement ring and wedding band, guiding him every step of the way with patience and care. Every time I’ve visited, Jennifer has been nothing but helpful and welcoming—always going above and beyond to make sure I’m completely happy. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for what she does really shine through. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and will continue to do so. She’s an absolute gem!

5 /5 Barbara Ludekens: I came in for a ring check and to have a chain examined for repair. I was greeted promptly and warmly. After discussing what needed to be done for chain, and my gorgeous ring was inspected and cleaned. I had also brought in some gold rings to check for value, and decided to go ahead and sell them. I asked if there was a coffee shop close by, and was offered a cup from them, so a nice gentleman brought it to me. Very Nice! I was even given a discount on the repair. Thanks for a great visit, beautiful store, great employees.

1 /5 RJ Ramirez: !!!ASK FOR DIMOND CERTIFICATION!!!!! 7/26/25 I went into this jewelry store to buy an engagement ring that seemed perfect—good price, good quality. However, things quickly took a turn. When I was about to purchase the ring, I asked for the GIA certification to confirm the quality. They gave me the runaround, claiming they wouldn’t be able to provide it for a couple of days or weeks. Then, I asked for documentation stating the quality of the ring, but they refused to provide anything. Instead, they only offered a 30-day return policy in case I didn’t like it. That felt like a red flag to me. I continued to question them, and after some back and forth, the manager came forward and admitted that the ring I was looking at had been mis-labeled with a different tag, meaning it was actually a lower-quality ring than advertised. If I hadn’t asked for the GIA certification, I would have unknowingly bought a ring of much lower quality at a much higher price. No apology or effort was made to make things right. They simply asked if I still wanted it , I said no. …. “Ok” was there answer. I left feeling deceived and left questioning there credibility …will not be returning.

From the moment I walked in, he treated me with genuine respect, zero pressure, and a level of professionalism that’s hard to come by these days. I came in looking for something special and Jordon made the whole process smooth, straightforward, and honestly enjoyable. He listened to what I needed, and gave solid advice. Just honest guidance and good conversation from a guy who knows his craft. If youre looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, treats you like a friend, not just a customer, and helps you walk out with something you’re proud to own, ask for Jordon. My experience was excellent And highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding rings or any other type of jewelry.I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
