Kendra Xu I had the most serendipitous and heart-warming experience at Esqueleto Mill Valley! Not only is the store beautiful and filled with good vibes, the women managers/employees I met, Marjorie and Mara, are incredible humans who love their work and are dedicated to making the shop a safe and inclusive space. I was having a rough and emotional day, and really needed a pick me up. Marjorie and Mara helped me pick out the perfect ring (out of three options because Im indecisive; how do you choose just ONE out of so many amazing artists work???) — a "flying" winged diamond by Anthony Lent that I now carry with me as a comforting pinky totem. Additionally, we connected deeply and talked for three hours, just getting to know each other and uplift each other through sharing our experiences! They turned my horrible day into a cherished memory and I am so touched by the warmth, love, kindness, and expansive energy that fills the shop. Ive always thought of jewelry as a spiritual exchange of artists love and unique creative philosophies. Esqueleto embodies respect, appreciation, and care for all the independent jewelers they carry. They also offer some of the most unique curated pieces among Bay Area shops I visited, and Ive discovered many jewelers work (eg. Shane Yamane, Lauren Wolf, Maiden Voyage) I feel so honored to support and carry. ❤️ Deeply, warmly, thank you ladies!! Sherry Huff My parents had a ton of old jewelry they had collected over many years and wanted to see what value was there. We went to Hope jewelers and met with the owner Jimmy and he was extremely patient with my elderly father and went through each piece carefully. Jimmy was honest and made us feel very comfortable with his valuations. My dad ended up leaving very satisfied! We look forward to building a lasting relationship with Hope Jewelers!

Kelly Galligan Heller Jewelers in the East Bay was amazing from start to finish. They helped my fiancé find the ring of my dreams!! It’s absolutely perfect! The team was so kind, supportive, and easy to work with, especially when I needed to have the ring resized. They made everything feel personal and stress-free. Jason Visited this store while on vacation. Coming from a lifelong picker, this antique shop is among the best I have ever visited. Large store, with quality, wanted items for sale. I wish I could visit this store more often, but live 16 hours away. You need to browse this place. It will be worth your time!

Yesenia by far exceeded my expectations and helped me pick out the ring I wanted to get. I definitely recommend you to go into the Clinton location and get the jewelry you need.

Victor Preciado I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. Ive lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately its not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me. I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique. See you again Trina!
