The store felt so welcoming and without pressure and made the experience feel amazing! The store has such a “real” and authentic team that was staffed this day, especially (Rachel) who helped us. She was such a real one! She made every moment feel great! She found my wedding band and size on the first go! And supported my fiancé find her band within 20-30 minutes! Not to mention she cleaned her natural engagement stone and band so well! Her other teammates that afternoon were also a great supportive cast! (6/7/25). The whole vibe was just great, enough said. Great store!

She was so nice and made our whole experience even better. She adjusted our necklaces many times and moved our charms around with no hesitation. Renee W Trinity, and all of the staff, are so amazing. Trinity is helping me curate jewelry for existing piercings. I’ve also added a conch and a stacked lobe piercing. I’m obsessed with their beautiful jewelry. Trinity is honest when asked her opinion about piercing location and appropriate jewelry. She is very knowledgeable and super sweet. I won’t be going anywhere else. My photos are blurry but you can still see the beautiful pieces!

I don’t live here I drive 4hrs every time but it’s so worth it, they always help me find what Im looking for… mind you sometimes I like things that need to be adjusted and they always go above and beyond to get it to me the same day , in a couple hours sometimes less ..literally in no time which definitely works for me since I’m traveling long ways and I usually stop here right as I’m heading back home .. definitely recommend checking them out you won’t be disappointed
