Me and my husband went in to get rings and they sized one down for us, only for it to be a shoddy job with a hole left in the ring along with an extremely thin point where whoever they have sizing rings attempted to do his job. Terrible place of service

1 /5 Stephen Carrion: Very poor quality work, I went to size down a ring and they left a hole and an edge more than half as thin than the rest of the ring. Went back to ask for help and they all acted like they didn’t know me from a week before. Do not recommend

1 /5 Isac Garcia: Terrible help and they sell knock offs saying its real but its fake brand and they also give u a fake certification and when u wanna return it they offer u way less branding i would never buy from them again mike was the seller terrible will lie to your face and his manger new but try to play it off look at all the rip off comments as well always weigh your gold because its not exactly what it is and always get it checked out the same day

1 /5 Perseus Three: Called for a few items. There website advertises a certain price, but the in store prices do not reflect that. The female associate i called 3 times yesterday, was told i would receive a call back today. I spoke with mike stated to him i did not want to speak with that associate, and he handed her the phone anyway she got on the phone told me she was busy with a wholesaler essentially saying she had no time for me, that she could text me pictures and prices in 40mins. I stated to her if she can have mike give me the prices, she yells at me with a smug attitude quotes me ridiculous prices no were near there online prices. I called back to speak with another associate to negotiate prices and he handed the phone to mike who was just as rude saying to come in and they can negotiate prices in store. I clicked and wished them a good day. Way to loose a valuable customer. Take your business elsewhere.

5 /5 JASON PARK: Was in la and decided to sell an old bracelets for some extra train excusion money and although I didnt know it at the time, I was given a great deal. I have since sold some gold items and have had terrible offers by comparison. Im on a train there now to get what I now know is the best I can do in both Orange and la counties. Thanks....and Ill be there in an hour. I had the favorable review gets me a small bonus on an already fair deal
