A Si This is a nice family owned business. They have always treated me with utmost respect. Ive gone years between visits, and every member of their family remembered me, and also ask how my family is doing. They also remember past purchases Ive made. They are open about their pricing, even if they arent the cheapest in town. They dont push items, but rather work within my budget. I cant say Ive received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I cant speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.

Jesus Ceballos Very poor service. Didnt want to buy a new industrial extension cord, while they have a lot of old wore down construction equipment inside. Said they wouldnt be able to sell it. Honestly I dont think theyll be able to sell any of that stuff in there. Probably go out of business soon, the ceiling was missing a few panels.

Joe Turner Incredible experience, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The in store experience is really a necessity for Hoorsenbuhs, because online pictures just don’t do justice to the pieces. It’s incredible how they’ve taken a single motif and creating so many creative representations of it. There’s so much variety and uniqueness to their pieces, it’s hard to not end up buying everything! The new Venice location is amazing, so many unique touches and pieces of art. Very much worth the trip no matter where in LA you are!
