He let us try on multiple rings and was incredibly patient the whole time! The prices are completely fair and the natural stones they use are beautiful. Will definitely be returning for future jewelry purchases!

I wasnt sure what I wanted, and they took the time to show me several different styles and explain the details of each. I was very happy with the price. The customer service was top-notch. Shirley Claire Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

Teressa Costello My husband wanted me to have a new set of weddings rings. We would drive by Ozel Jewelers all the time. We decided that we would go in and look at the jewelry. Mr. Abraham and Mr. Steve were very nice to us. Mr. Abraham asked us if he could get us some refreshments while serving us. My husband and I looked at several rings. We saw one that I liked but it wasnt gold. Mr. Abraham said he could make the same ring for me in gold. We went to if office and he design the ring and picked the diamonds for it. Is design look exactly like the ring in if case. Mr. Abraham is really knowledgeable about is profession. He educated us about the diamonds and gold. I truly enjoy talking with him. He made the ring and Im wearing it and let me tell you it is absolutely gorgeous. I would refer anyone thats looking for jewelry to him. Thank you Mr. Abraham for a gorgeous ring. You told me it was going to be beautiful and you were right.

Carol King Yoga ER Sawyer is the best place in Santa Rosa for whatever you need or want. Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.
