Michelle Zaharek I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this place is! I was in need of a good jeweler to fix some victorian rings that I have. One of them had prongs that were just way too long, and the other one had prongs that were all wonky. I had been holding on to them for a while and finally felt that it was time to get them fixed. I brought them to Redlands jewelry repair and the quality of work is astounding. Im so pleased and cant wait to get more stuff done by them! (Pardon the dirty hands, I was gardening earlier today) 10 out of 10 would 100% recommend.

okiram ihsoyika I have had 3 watches repaired at Winson Jewelry. The lady who helped us was extremely helpful and the price for the repair was reasonable. Also, one watch needed a special part which they found and still the price was reasonable. The watches have worked fine for over a year and we will be returning shortly to have other work done on different watches. I recommend Winson to anyone wishing good service. I have not purchased any jewelry from Winson, but the jade pieces looked to be decent quality with good workmanship.

They assigned a representative that works with you through the entire process. She was so professional and her communication was exceptional - she kept me updated at every point that my ring was being created. My ring turned out so beautiful, it was everything that I imagined it to be. My process took a few weeks, but it went faster than I expected. Heather Rosmarin I highly recommend Mansoor Fine Jewelers in Palo Alto. They have a beautiful and unique selection at many price points, and they also provide excellent service for repairs. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring. A bit of history: My mother discovered this store when it was called "Mansoor and Gore" and we were living in Palo Alto in the 1980s. Even after we moved away, we still drive over an hour to visit when we need something jewelry-related. Now my daughter is also a loyal customer. We like to combine a visit to Mansoor with lunch at one of the restaurants and cafes on Ramona St.
