The necklace is a special one and we were worried it might not be repairable—but Larry handled it with such care and precision. He explained the issue clearly, and had it fixed beautifully and quickly. My daughter was thrilled to have it back in perfect condition! It’s rare to find this level of personal service these days. Highly recommend Bay Jewelers and especially Larry—thank you again!

I have personally been a customer of Bay Jewelers for a little over 15 years now when my wife told me years ago that she wanted her wedding band from here. Nobil and Larry are so great to work with and they take their time to make sure they find you exactly what you are looking for. They will not just sell you something to make a sale. They want you to be completely satisfied. I need to make sure I feel comfortable when making expensive purchases and know I’m not getting ripped off. My wife and her family have been loyal customers also for over 20 years and I can proudly say I am too. I highly recommend Bay Jewelers and they will always be my trusted jeweler.

1 /5 Sherlyn Camat: DON’T come to Bay Jewelers. Horrible customer service. It says they are open Monday to Friday and Saturday by appointment. We came on a Monday and they looked like they were scared to open the door. They didn’t want to open the door at all and said to come back tomorrow. They seemed very racist and seemed to not like black people. They looked like they were scared to get robbed or something when we simply wanted to get a ring fixed. DO NOT COME HERE. Do not waste your time or money. Get your jewelry somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would. To the 2 men working on March 17 @4:26 you ought to be ashamed of yourself.

5 /5 Matt: I came here to get batteries replaced in two watches. I came here around 4PM, and the owner replaced both batteries in about 20 minutes and cost $30. My previous experience with jewelers is having to wait sometimes several days to get my batteries replaced. I will definitely becoming back here for battery replacements for the same day service.
