I came in knowing nothing about designing my fiancé’s engagement ring and they helped me through the process step by step. The ring turned out better than I could have ever imagined and we are so grateful for them. I will never go anywhere else!

They tightened the setting, reshaped, and cleaned my ring in less than 2 hours for a great price. It looks amazing, and you can clearly see the difference between the two pictures. The owner Heidi was extremely knowledgeable on all things antique and vintage lockets, and she made the process seamless and fun. She had also had a range of new lockets but I went with a vintage one! After I picked my locket, I had the option to choose from a variety of chains. I now have a growing locket collection and can’t wait to visit American Locket again! The entire process from start to finish was effortless and the customer support was amazing. Our Final Fantasy XIV (Warrior and Black Mage) themed rings are even better than we initially thought possible. There were also no issues with shipping or doing everything remotely from Europe. We expect this wont be the last time we ask Takayas to make something for us.
