Selina Graf Enjoying our vacation, I went in to buy a saftey chain with my family yesterday. Destiny had exceptional customer service. She handled my needs with the utmost care and expertise. She educated me about different selections, which helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. She went above and beyond and even cleaned my bracelet. She made my kids feel very welcomed. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. I left the shop with a huge smile. Thank you Destiny for making our experience their a special one. This is the best customer service I experienced at a Pandora. I wish it was like that in every store.

I always check the price of gold before I buy 24k Thai Bhat, they were honest and even helped me pick out a gift for my son. They provide the proper paper work for insurance purposes and if I could give them 10 stars I would. They cater to a multi-cultural clientele and totally understand what I was looking for. Shirley Claire Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

Chase O Kevin and his family do an amazing job. They make sure customers are happy and satisfied, he created me a custom engagement ring last year before Christmas and it turned out amazing. Im getting ready to propose with it soon, but I had noticed one of the stones was larger than the other after looking at it hard enough. I pointed it out to him when I brought it in recently almost a year later. He went ahead and replaced the two stones so the size & color matched and didnt charge me for any of it. Would gladly do business here again as they are a pleasure to work with.

Christopher Salguero Went here for an insurance replacement and D was so nice! She was in the middle of something when we approached the counter, and she greeted us and offered us a seat. She got through the submission for the replacement super easily and quickly. Verified my account and even showed us a few other chains that might work with the pendant whose chain was being sent out to be fixed. The chain was perfect and showed us how to adjust it. She was very sweet through the whole transaction and honestly I may come back here again to see what else they have.
