Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.

thejuank650 This was a great first experience. Came in looking fora simple chain and cross. Was treated with respect and didnt feel pressured to buy. The gentleman helping at the front was able to answer all my questions and shared some insider knowledge on what to look for what to ask the next time I visit a different jewelry store. They have a large selection for every budget. I ended up buying a small cross and chain for my son and they gave us all the time in the world to try different ones. Went above and beyond to go to their jeweler for resizing. They also bought a piece we had. Gave us an honest and amazing price for it. Definitely stop by!
