Resized it polished and it came out beautiful! They do great quality work there! We have since taken other rings and jewelry to get serviced and outstanding customer service every time!! A sales associate, I believe Megan, greeted me with a lovely smile and presence. She not only had recommendations for me, but also answered all of my inquiries. I felt valued from the moment I walk in until check out. I even came back to the store later to ask for wrapping and she happily accommodated me. I was very impressed.

Craven Beauty I recently visited You Jewelers & Boutique to resize my engagement ring, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their exceptional service. I was in a bit of a bind as my engagement party was approaching in just 10 days, but they told me it would usually take about 15 days to complete the resizing. Despite the tight timeline, the team was incredibly helpful and worked diligently to accommodate my request. To my surprise, they had my ring ready in just a week!
