Zero communication from their side during this entire period. Also was charged when told that I wouldn’t be because of the inconvenience.

Just Saying Purchased a ring 1-25-24 with the assistace of Andy. He was professional, considerate and polite, as is all the staff! Price was reasonable too. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set.
