I came in and she made me feel welcome and helped me to make some tough decisions concerning my mothers old jewelry. She set me up with a place that I was able to donate my moms stuff so other people can hopefully get years of joy out of them. Perla Castro Tina helped me get my white gold ring resized from a size 6 to 7.5 in under 30 minutes. Once we determined the right size, she personally walked me over to her uncle’s repair booth. I really appreciated being able to watch the entire process and never losing sight of my ring. The resizing cost was $50. Highly recommend! The booth is located toward the back of Suite 14.

Torri Creamer Elaine is the only jeweler Ive ever worked with, and I fully intend never to go anywhere else. I first went in just to explore some options for the style of my engagement ring. That day, Elaine was so patient and helpful, she let me try on ring after ring, held up stone after stone to different bands for me to see, and talked me through the process of creating the custom ring of my DREAMS! I left that day with a deposit down, received the CAD design a week or so later, and my ring was ready in another week or two. When I picked it up, her and her team helped me look at all the wedding bands I liked to decide what I should send my fiancé back for later ;) Elaine helped me realize my vision, and made sure that the end result was everything exactly as I wanted. She answered all my questions and made sure the ring was an affordable option for us. She was so kind, creative, inspiring, and reassuring during this process. You can tell she loves her work, and that shes an honest and ethical business owner. Ill be recommending her to everyone I know. I love my ring and am so grateful to her for making it possible

Chris Lopez Christina is so wonderful, patient, and so nice. Through an email I explained my situation, which was an upcoming 35th Anniversary. Not only was Christina willing to email back and forth with me a few times, she even sent photos to me of rings that I was interested in. She held the ring for me, and long story short, when I was in town I visited the shop, and Christina really considered the ring I wanted to get for my wife and she made a new suggestion. I found an even more beautiful ring than the one I was originally interested in. Im sure my wife is going to love her new coral and turquoise ring next month for our anniversary.
