Zelda Corona My husband and I had an amazing experience working with JewelryThis. We used them to build a 30th year anniversary ring for me. I always wanted to build my ring and I was looking for a reputable company. I did some research and I found JewelryThis. I was a little nervous initially because all of the communication was via a messaging system. But I quickly started to feel comfortable after we messaged a couple of times. They assigned a representative that works with you through the entire process. She was so professional and her communication was exceptional - she kept me updated at every point that my ring was being created. I would definitely recommend JewelryThis to anyone who wants to buy or build their special piece of jewelry. I truly had a fun time building my ring! My ring turned out so beautiful, it was everything that I imagined it to be. My process took a few weeks, but it went faster than I expected. I plan to build another ring for my husband in the near future because the process was so seamless. I also want to mention that the quality of my ring is outstanding!

Suzette Plumley A year ago, I purchased my first vintage locket through American Locket. I’m an avid estate sale goer and vintage shopper, and quality lockets are hard to come by. The owner Heidi was extremely knowledgeable on all things antique and vintage lockets, and she made the process seamless and fun. She had also had a range of new lockets but I went with a vintage one! After I picked my locket, I had the option to choose from a variety of chains. I now have a growing locket collection and can’t wait to visit American Locket again! Elie Schuss Shelly is amazing! The prongs holding the stone on my engagement ring kept coming loose and I was worried I’d lose the stone. I’d had them tightened before but it was clear the issue would keep happening so I realized I needed to get the whole thing reset. I texted shelly a picture of my ring and she immediately saw why the problem kept happening and worked with me to redesign my ring in a more secure way while staying in my price range. She made sure the design was exactly how I wanted it and really listened to me. I just got my ring back and it is absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and how wonderful Shelly is.
