Harrison Cunningham My wife and I have been going to DeVons for the last few years for various things such as ring resizing, cleanings, and engravings and a few small jewelry purchases. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They are also a Rolex AD and I put my name on the list for a GMT-Master II BLRO knowing how hard they are to get. My wife and I stayed in contact with Matt who was open and honest with us about the process. We really enjoy talking to Matt about the watches they sell and appreciate the time he takes with us every time we are there. Unbeknownst to me, Matt let my wife know that he has a BLRO for us a day before Valentines Day, so I got an awesome present! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Nancy and her staff were patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect piece within my budget. The quality is excellent and the craftsmanship feels timeless. When I gave it to her, she was blown away. As a guy who doesn’t shop for jewelry often, I really appreciated how comfortable and straightforward they made the process. I’ll definitely be back.

When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. I told her we were just browsing so she left us be. They had some great jewlery on display and the pricing will vary depending on what youre looking for.

From the start, he was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. He guided us through each step and made sure we understood what to expect along the way. While we did face some challenges—particularly with getting the prongs just right on my fiancé’s ring which took multiple adjustments over the course of nine months— Juan never gave up on making it perfect. Even when the ring had to be completely remade, he stayed committed and always treated us with care and respect.
