To our surprise, she spoke fluent Chinese! Meilin was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She thoughtfully recommended earring styles she believed would suit my daughter, making the shopping experience truly special. Alex Castro Went in with my family. Gary the store manager was very patient and showed my wife and I several JLC watches. We also looked at other watch brands like Omega (for my son) and discussed jewelry manufacturers like JB star and Kwiat the store offers. We have an anniversary coming up. Although we didnt buy anything today I will be returning to the store for future purchases.

I was gifted a very special medal after my grandma passed away a couple of weeks ago and needed to get it reinforced since its a 60+ year old piece of jewelry and the ring where the necklace goes through was thinning. I looked all over San Diego to find the perfect place where theyll treat it with so much care since its such a big piece for me, its an heirloom. I talked to Wayne, brought him the medal and he was super honest and explained to me what he was going to do to it, he was clear about the risks and possible outcomes after treating the medal but assured me he will take care of it and Ill be happy. Something about his energy gave me the peace of mind that even if theres a risk for darkening he would do his absolute best to prevent it. He put a hook where the new necklace could pass through and honestly he did magic. I cant even describe what he did because it feels like magic. Well, what can I say? I cried when I saw the end result. He brought a 60+ year medal back to life! Thank you Wayne.
