Crystal Mendez I visited this shop and needed a new chain and some modifications for my pendant with my late kitties ashes. They figured out how to turn it into exactly what i wanted and the price was extremely reasonable. They absolutely made my day and i highly recommend this business. Great service and gorgeous jewelery options.

Emily Arnott My fiance and i went 3 weeks ago. We were initially just looking until i fell in love with one ring. Went back three weeks after initially looking and the staff remembered us. They’re extremely kind and helpful with discussing all of our financial options without making you feel trapped into one option. The older gentleman was extremely kind and talked with us throughout the whole process with stories he had relating to things about my fiance and i. which was a very nice conversation to have while debating financial options. they have a very wide selection of rings. all very good quality and a ton of lab made designs. if ever we were to get a new ring/ add bands i’d absolutely go back to this place! really good experience overall. they also weren’t bothered when i asked to try on a ton of different ring styles and options. very patient people and all so kind. also extremely reasonably priced with good deals depending how you pay!

Anthony Mcdavid Prices are great!!! i just went and she was patient with me.. i was real picky lol .. i put a 5mm franco chain on layaway and the price was amazing .. i spent almost double for my current one .. I’d highly recommend you going to see her !! All they need is a website and they’d kill the game with their prices

Nancy Sarver I will say that my cuff bracelet is just beautiful. However, the order I placed was for 2 items. The necklace was to be personalized. I received my bracelet 3 weeks after order. Online account showed both were shipped. When I attempted to call the company 9 times, I spoke with someone once. None of my messages were returned. Emails took 2-3 days to return and I was told story after story that it was being shipped Needless to say, I won’t order from LLC again. The necklace finally arrived today. 7 weeks after order. In my last correspondence with a LLC representative, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment that the service was less than satisfactory but they did offer me a discount on future orders. Haha. Nice try
