carlos villalobos I loved my experience. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in to see some wedding band options. Genesis was available and took care of me. She was amazing. They didn’t have the ring I ultimately loved in stock, but Genesis showed me other similar options and sized me up. We got the ring ordered and I got it a week later!
