1 /5 Russell Bohse: My son entered this business with the intention of buying his wife something nice. He was shown some cubic zurquonia pieces and told he was getting a great deal. He was not looking for a great deal but a fair one. He had been asked by an employee who had worked with my son prior to come to the store to look around. It turns out they sold him a 90 to 125 dollar piece for 600 dollars. Then they had him sign a document saying he could not return it. Is this not the way to treat a friend. Can you imagine how they treat regular customers. Disappointingly to treat anyone. My son learned his lesson when trying to help a friend.

5 /5 Andre: Fantastic business. They custom made the engagement ring for my fiancé and were incredibly helpful, honest, and responsive throughout the process. We described exactly what we wanted and they made it happen, communicating back and forth when we wanted to make alterations. I had done a lot of research going into the process, and they did not try to upsell us on anything. They were very honest with saying what cut, clarity, and color were best for our budget. On top of all that, they offered the best price out of all of the different jewelers I went to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a ring.

5 /5 Travis Lee: Alex and his son John are honest and fair Business men. I was looking to get rid of a gold necklace I had for a while. I called around to some spots which tried to lowball me. Alex and John gave me double from what I was being offered from other gold buyers. These are the type of people I like to do business with. If you are looking to sell some old jewelry check them out I guarantee you’ll get the highest price.
