5 /5 Malavika Mehta: I have consistently had an exceptional experience at this David Yurman location, and feel fortunate to have established a strong relationship with Maritza Baglietto. She has an experienced eye for identifying pieces that are aesthetically pleasing and well-suited to the individual. And on several occasions, has helped select items that harmonized well with pieces I already owned. She has gone so far as to help me customize a necklace whose length I desired shorter. I repeatedly seek her advice, her knowledge of design and experience with luxury jewelry. I highly recommend both this DY location, and Maritza in particular, in purchasing pieces that will withstand the test of time.

Maritza greeted us as soon as we entered and remembered us from a prior visit. She graciously offered us champagne and assisted me in selecting a birthday present for myself. I described what I wanted and within a few minutes Maritza presented me with exactly what I was looking for. Sold! I highly recommend working with Maritza for your next jewelry purchase. She is a knowledgeable and lovely person!

1 /5 Mingming Liu: I purchased a bracelet from this store but didn’t inspect it closely at the time. The next day, I noticed a severe scratch on the item. I took it to another store to see if it could be repaired, and the staff mentioned they had never seen such a deep scratch before. I strongly recommend checking your items carefully before leaving. For the price of their products, customers deserve better quality and service.
