Farren Brown I was tasked with shopping for items to use in a silent auction. I met with Karen and was amazing. She was patient and attentive and helped me curate 4 great packages to use in the auction. Karen made great recommendations and didnt make me feel rushed or taken advantage of. She even agreed to package it all up for me to pick up the following day because I had to leave.

Jenifer Coleman I took my engagement ring (which they beautifully designed and made back in 2018!) in to be checked and sized, a necklace to be repaired, and another necklace to be altered. They were SO friendly and helpful! The work was done beautifully, timely, and on budget! I have never had anything other than a wonderful experience with them!

Veronica Harold My daughter got her ears pierced last year for her birthday. Everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful. She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

Ana Flores It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. Amanda Farrell Today my husband and I came in to look around Kay’s Jewelers to find a new wedding set for our up coming anniversary. We have always wanted rings to match our almost 10 years of marriage. Carlos was amazing and so helpful. He showed us lots of options that fit our taste and was never pushy. He was super informative and incredibly kind. We love that the men’s ring selection had a thicker band and black diamonds. (That is completely his style and he loves it). My rings are so beautiful!!!! Like, so beautiful. Carlos found us the best deal and even thanked my husband for his military service. I will definitely come back to Kay’s Jewelers and recommend them to anyone.

Maggie C What a cool shop. The owner is a gemologist. He has some great estate jewelry. I bought a beautiful turquoise ring. I thought it was jade.He really has a mix of items. Really something for everyone. Things for the home and petsonal type gifts. Very unique store, you need to stop in if you are in Windsor.
