Pooja Srinath I came in today with a ring stuck in my finger, and it was giving me a real pain. The staff was super helpful and tried their best to keep me calm while they worked to cut the ring off. It was a bit of a struggle since the ring had been on for a while, and platinum is super tough to cut through (it’s 30 times stronger than gold!). But overall, I had a great time at the store and always find the perfect jewelry there.

Kelly Noelke I am in love with Kristen’s jewelry! She has such an eclectic array of designs from statement to minimalist which suites my varying moods. I love the way she pairs large rough cut crystals with statement chains. I can’t wait to buy more!

One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get.
