Billy is an expert and was a pleasure to work with I’ve had some things come up and was making the process harder but Billy was very accommodating and understanding. So happy with my ring and I get compliments on it all the time!

We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! Mike Liu Note the location is wrong - Pandora is located next to the Apple Store on Kestrel Falls not by PF Chang’s like google maps says. I came on a Friday night and they were busy. There were 3 staff members helping people out and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I had help. Claudia L was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. With her help I ended up getting a beautiful Xmas gift.
