5 /5 Amanda Farrell: Today my husband and I came in to look around Kay’s Jewelers to find a new wedding set for our up coming anniversary. We have always wanted rings to match our almost 10 years of marriage. Carlos was amazing and so helpful. He showed us lots of options that fit our taste and was never pushy. He was super informative and incredibly kind. We love that the men’s ring selection had a thicker band and black diamonds. (That is completely his style and he loves it). My rings are so beautiful!!!! Like, so beautiful. Carlos found us the best deal and even thanked my husband for his military service. I will definitely come back to Kay’s Jewelers and recommend them to anyone.

Even though I came in for a Simple cleaning of my jewelry he was very happy to help me. I found him to be very knowledgeable and great at answering any questions. Outstanding customer service. Dress in impeccable attire, he was a joy to work with.
