1 /5 G Santos: Went there yesterday (October 21) around 6-7 pm and the lady who was at the register is SUPER rude. She acts like she doesn’t like her job AT ALL and don’t even look to the people in the eyes. She is white and has a straight black hair. Rude with people walking around the store and even when we were at the register. If you have a chance, go to another location or jewelry store. Terrible customer service.

3 /5 MICHELINE: I Purchased a ring that broke within the first 10 minutes of wearing it. I went back to the store, within a week and they basically said too bad. They would not return or exchange broken items. So much cute stuff, but i wont be purchasing from here again, knowing how cheaply made the items are.

1 /5 Falon Noelia: Went up to the girl at the register to ask a few questions and she sounded annoyed. Mind you, there wer only a couple other shoppers and no one kn line. Left immediately. Horrible energy from girl at the counter

1 /5 Taylor Wilson: i came here when i was back in town from college and wanted to get both sides of my upper ears pierced. i have seven other piercings (one of the exact same kind just a little higher up) from another shop that i love the look of and have had no issues with so i figured why not. i wish i could go back in time and stop myself!! both piercings were done incorrectly and caused serious scar tissue on my ears. a few weeks go by and i try to tough it out while cleaning my piercings religiously since i was terrified of an infection on top of this. i had to go to a different shop to get my earrings removed and the piercing inspected since it was hurting so bad and was pretty swollen. the other piercing artist said they looked like they were done incorrectly and said if she were me she would not redo the piercing after healing due to how terrible the scar tissue is. this was in May and it is now October and I still have huge lumps on the tops of my ears and have to deal with the embarrassment of others seeing this. NEVER COME HERE!! a waste of money and more important a terrible experience that leaves you in serious pain!!
