Madeleine York Anne is amazing!! So accommodating and she took such good care of her guests and was so helpful with picking bracelets & necklaces and had tons of options! 100% will be having her again for an event or party. 10/10 recommend!!

Cynthia Garcia Cesar was amazing. He has great knowledge of any type of jewelry. When you start talking to him, you just feel hes not one to screw you for personal gain. He is fair and very accommodating. I agree with the other post, he is one you can have a long term relationship and become an advisor for your jewelry needs. Highly recommended!

Serena Y You definitely want to give yourself enough time to look through the museum and the store because its filled with so many amazing rocks and fossils. The dark room in the museum section is so cool. My parents have purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry from Gaumers, and its all beautiful. Seeing the store in person was really a treat. The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. The women who worked there were friendly and attentive as well. I will be making it a point to stop in every time Im in Northern CA. Updated October 2023*- Gaumers is still just as lovely and has added a new room within the museum area, which is a must-see.

Perfect place for beginners and experts alike. Been beading for years and found items i didnt know i needed and tools to expand my style. Found my favorite earring that were employee made, cost me $8.

Jade My partner and I went to dozens of jewelers and did months of research when we were trying to find my engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I couldnt find it anywhere. When we found Skalet Family Jewelers, our experience was incredible. The owner, Howard, was welcoming and friendly. One of the rings felt really close to what I was looking for but it wasnt quite right. I mentioned this to Howard, and he explained how he could customize the design and made me feel comfortable asking questions about it. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. My fiancé and I talked about it outside and decided to go for it. When I saw the design for the first time, it was beautiful. It captured the heart of what I wanted, but there were a few aspects that werent perfect. Howard made some amazing suggestions and I loved them. Howard texted me updates about the design and sent examples of different gem options. He was really accommodating of our budget and found us a center stone that was stunning and in our price range. My partner finished the process with Howard and gave me the ring at Sacramento Pride. I was in awe. It is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. Its better than I had imagined and I could not be happier with the results. My experience was above and beyond expectations. I will be a life long customer.

Dahlia Alvarez Walked in for the first time looking for a 14k chain, the people were really friendly and polite. After I requested that the gold to be tested of the chain i wanted to purchase, they offered me a good deal. Then I went to go get it tested somewhere else and they did two kind of test with the electrical gun and acid, the gold was real unlike the other reviews saying otherwise. Before I walked into this place I went to another jewelry store and they denied the testing process of the gold chain unlike here.
