Chloe Jung Ive been to just about every jewelry store on Grant Ave. in Chinatown, and Anita Jewelry has the highest-quality pieces by far. The products are beautifully displayed with a nice theme and a clean, organized setup. Their prices are fair and affordable. The owner, Anita, was incredibly hospitable and very knowledgeable, sharing the story behind each piece. If you love jewelry, I highly recommend stopping by!

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

Damien was not only incredibly professional, but also warm, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to listen to my needs, asked the right questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge about the products was impressive, and he explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. Whether it was picking out the perfect piece, understanding the quality, or discussing financing options, Damien was thorough, honest, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way Damien does. He exceeded all of my expectations and made what could’ve been a stressful shopping experience feel easy and even enjoyable. If you’re thinking about shopping at Helzberg, I highly recommend you ask for Damien. He’s an outstanding manager, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back just to work with him again. You guys have always gone above and beyond to help me out during these hard financial times due to our crappy economy and high prices. I would encourage anybody who has something to pawn or sell to go to best jewelry and loan. And for all you people that just complain and leave bad reviews because you didnt get the amount of money you wanted or they werent interested in buying what you had to sell, just get over it and stop throwing that damn racial card out there for every time you dont get your way!! This business also has to make money!!
